The Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency TEPA, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from eligible contractors and firms for the rehabilitation and improvement of road and sewerage works at PCC UC-247 Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-II). This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and is open to firms registered with FBR and PRA, holding active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN status. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and improvement of road and sewerage PCC UC-247 Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-II) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 24,532,955; Earnest Money: Rs. 1,226,648; Time Limit: 6 Months) The scope of work includes comprehensive civil works for road rehabilitation and sewerage improvement in the specified union council and constituencies. Contractors must ensure quality materials and timely completion within the stipulated six-month period. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the opening of financial bids, and the bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or CDR amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) no later than 10:00 am on 24-08-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am on the EP System. No hand-delivered, postal, or telegraphic bids will be accepted. All documents must be uploaded as per the requirements of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Regulations 2024.
