Rehabilitation for Tank 5904 at Kotlajam Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the Rehabilitation of Tank 5904 located at Kotlajam Depot, Sindh. This tender covers comprehensive repair and maintenance works to ensure the structural integrity and operational safety of the tank. The scope includes supply, fabrication, installation, and painting works as per PSO standards and specifications. Items being procured: - Supply & fabrication of steel structure (1200 KG) - Fabrication, welding, and installation of steel structure - Bottom build-up repair with weld build-up method as per API 653 standards - Paint works including sand blasting, grid blasting, application of base coat and top coat polyurethane paint on tank bottom, shell, roof stairs, handrails, and all supplied materials - Repairing of tank foundation including re-leveling, concrete restoration, and strengthening The technical scope requires all steel materials to meet PSO approved standards with mill test certificates. Welding and repair works must comply with American Petroleum Institute API 653 and include non-destructive testing such as DPI/DPT and UT. Painting works must follow PSO Maintenance Coating System with specified minimum thicknesses. The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, materials, labor, inspection tools, and safety equipment. Third-party calibration and inspection reports are mandatory. The contractor must ensure all HSE requirements are met and provide necessary certifications and documentation. Eligibility criteria include relevant PEC categories, FBR registration, and proven experience in similar tank rehabilitation projects. Earnest money and bid security details are as per PSO instructions. The contract duration is 120 days from the issuance of the service order.
