Relocation of HT/LT Poles/Line and Transformers for Widening / Clearance of Ward 5 and Adjacent Bazaars Mandi Bahauddin

Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eprocure.pov.pk) from contractors enlisted or renewed under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017 and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System for the year 2026-27 @ MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026, from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026 District Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured: - Relocation of HT/LT Poles - Line and Transformers for Widening - Clearance of Ward 5 and Adjacent Bazaars Mandi Bahauddin The bidding will be conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an original receipt from Bank of Punjab (BOP) mentioning the name of the participating contractor/company in favor of Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin. The bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System website. Bids must be submitted online by 12:30 PM on 23-09-2026 and will be opened at 01:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Contractors/companies must bring original registration documents from PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA, and other relevant authorities. Verification of company documents is mandatory to ensure transparency. The successful bidder will submit a Performance Guarantee amounting to 10% of the contract amount, refundable after successful completion of the project. The quoted rates must be clear, readable, and not exceed the estimated cost. Incomplete or ambiguous bids will be rejected. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids before approval or acceptance of tender rates. Upon acceptance, the contractor must make an agreement on stamp paper within seven days for issuance of the Work Order. Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Non-responsive, non-readable, non-signed, or non-stamped bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all required documents and bid securities are in order to avoid disqualification.
