The CWP&P&H Department District Kohlu invites eligible bidders for the execution of the remaining portion of BT Road from Mir Ibrahim Sukhatal to Malik Girsani Kohlu under PSDP No. 1459 (Z2206.3598) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Remaining Portion of BT Road Mir Ibrahim Sukhatal to Malik Girsani Kohlu The project involves road and pavement works including drainage and retaining structures as per the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above with a relevant specialization code CE01-(I) and have completed at least 2 similar works each worth a minimum of PKR 83,580,000 in the last three years. Active tax payer status and no blacklisting by any procuring agency or Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
