Tender Description
Government Holdings Private Limited (GHPL) Islamabad invites bids for the renewal of Veeam Backup and Replication Enterprise Plus Annual Subscription under tender number GHPL/IT/05/10-26. This procurement is for non-consultancy services involving the renewal of an existing backup solution license with OEM and local support for one year from December 24, 2026 to December 24, 2027. Items being procured:
- Veeam Backup and Replication Enterprise Plus Annual Subscription license valid for one year
The scope includes renewal of the license covering backup of 20 virtual machines with disk-to-disk and replication to disaster recovery site, 50 TB file level data backup (disk-to-disk and disk-to-tape storage), and provision of latest license file with one year local and OEM support. The contract may be extended up to three years based on supplier performance and operational requirements.
Bidders must be authorized resellers/dealers of the proposed solution and provide evidence of previous supply records and technical compliance. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, integrity pact, bid security of PKR 100,000, and technical compliance as per scope of work. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 12:00 PM on November 12, 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Technical evaluation will be based on criteria including past experience, reseller status, delivery time, certified engineers, and local presence.
