Renovation and Improvement Works for Police Thanas and Security Mechanisms in Ziarat District

The Building Communication Works PP&H District Ziarat invites sealed tenders from interested contractors and firms for the procurement of various renovation and security improvement works in Ziarat District, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Renovation and repair of police thanas, Tehsil Ziarat - Improvement of security mechanisms/infrastructure at Prospect Point, Wabo Sar, Green Juniper and Khandi Sar - Improvement of security mechanisms/infrastructure at Al-Hijra College, Quetta Naka and Sinjawi Naka - Upgradation of security measures at Ziarat Residency including surveillance, boundary wall, watch towers, CCTV cameras, control room, gates, and mechanical barriers - Construction of zero point base JCP to enhance security mechanism of Ziarat City - Construction of remaining 450 feet boundary wall of Bhu Shinlez, Tehsil Sinjavi The technical scope covers civil works, security system installations including CCTV and mechanical barriers, and construction of boundary walls and security posts. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above or C-6 and above as applicable, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory. The bidding firm must have completed three assignments of similar nature in the last three years.
