Hiring of Rental Vehicles for SNGPL Cricket Team Events 2026-27

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the provision of rental vehicles to facilitate the SNGPL cricket team's participation in the One-Day Cup and President's Trophy 2026-27. The requirement is for various types of vehicles on a rental basis for travel to and from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Abbottabad. Only vehicles owned by the registered contractor will be considered, and the contractor must be the registered owner as per the vehicle registration documents. Items being procured: - Registered Toyota Coaster (Model 2021 or later) for 41 days - Registered Toyota Hiace (Model 2022 or later) for 3 days - Registered Toyota Corolla for 22 days The vehicles must be in excellent condition, and only those contractors who are the actual owners of the vehicles will be eligible to participate. The contractor's name must match the vehicle registration, and the vehicles must be registered in the name of the contractor. Subletting or using vehicles not owned by the contractor is not permitted. The contractor must also provide a valid NTN, the latest financial year's professional tax certificate, and proof of being an Active Tax Payer. Interested bidders can obtain tender documents by logging in to EPADS 2.0. All required documents must be submitted online by 27-8-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Ensure that all documents, including vehicle registration and tax certificates, are up to date to avoid disqualification.
