Tender Description
The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), located in G-8/4, Islamabad, is seeking reputable and experienced contractors for the repair of furniture and fixtures within its office building. This procurement specifically targets firms capable of handling a wide range of repair tasks including fixing broken legs, drawers, doors, polishing, refinishing, repainting, replacing worn-out hinges, handles, locks, patching scratches, dents, cracks, welding broken frames, replacing rusted parts, adjusting sliding mechanisms, and repairing cushions or padding among other related works.
The scope covers comprehensive maintenance and repair of office furniture and fixtures to ensure functionality and aesthetic upkeep. Eligible firms must have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration with active status on FBR, must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government body, and should possess qualified supervisors and skilled manpower. Additionally, firms must provide a list of relevant equipment and machinery and have a minimum of three years' experience in furniture repair. A pay order or demand draft of Rs. 100,000 as earnest money must be submitted before the closing time.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the EPADS Portal by the deadline of 7th May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The submission should include colored scanned copies of all required documents, duly stamped and signed. The original pay order/demand draft must reach the Branch Officer (Admn), AGPR, Islamabad before the closing time. Successful bidders will be required to submit a performance security deposit of Rs. 100,000 along with the contract agreement.
