Contractors must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-6 (minimum) with relevant specialization, a professional tax certificate, NTN and ATL status with FBR, and demonstrate similar work experience over the past five years. Financial soundness and a list of ongoing projects are also required. Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted to the Station Engineer POF Wah Cantt by 29-08-2026. Sealed tenders are to be delivered in the Black Box at Bid Centre (Rabta Hall) near Gate No. 01 by 03-09-2026 up to 1030hrs. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100hrs. In case of a public holiday, submission and opening will move to the next working day.
