Repair and Maintenance of Government Vehicles for Local Government and Rural Development Secretariat Gilgit-Baltistan

The Gilgit Baltistan Secretariat Local Government and Rural Development Department invites sealed tenders from reputed government registered firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement and supply of repair and maintenance services for government vehicles during the financial year 2025-26. This tender is specifically for the Local Government and Rural Development Secretariat located in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Government Vehicles The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for government vehicles under the LG & RD Secretariat Gilgit-Baltistan. The contractor must have a fully operational workshop or shop to carry out the required services. All items supplied must be in standard and original packing; poor quality or unpacked items will be rejected. The rates offered in the tender will remain valid until 30th June 2027, and the department reserves the right to accept or reject tenders according to PPRA rules. Eligibility criteria include being a government-registered firm with valid FBR/ATL registration and having experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. An affidavit on stamp paper must accompany the tender documents, confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity or PPRA. Earnest Money amounting to 5% of the quoted amount must be attached in the form of a demand draft or pay order in the name of DDO Secretary, LG & RD Office GB, from any scheduled bank. Sealed tenders must be submitted on or before 10th August 2026 by 12:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the LG & RD Secretariat Gilgit-Baltistan.
