Tender Description
The District Council Rawalpindi invites bids for the repair and maintenance of government vehicle RIG-01 (Toyota Fortuner) under the current Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted through the EP system as per PPRA rules and is open to approved contractors.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services for Govt Vehicle RIG-01 (Toyota Fortuner)
The scope includes installation of caution boards containing messages regarding prevention against human, animal, and financial loss, which will be the contractor's responsibility. Bidders must quote rates item-wise on the EP system. If the lowest tender rates quoted are more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security within 15 days of issuance of notice, failing which 5% earnest money will be forfeited and re-tendering initiated.
The bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system. All bids must be submitted electronically on the EP system by 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the office of District Council Rawalpindi in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility requires contractors to be approved and registered as per PPRA rules. Earnest money of Rs. 82,450 is required. Overwriting, doubling, cutting, tempering, doubtful, and incomplete bids will be rejected.
