Repair and Maintenance of IT Based Services and Equipment

The General Headquarters Signals Directorate Rawalpindi is inviting sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of IT based services for the financial year 2026/27 on a Rawalpindi basis. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of Guy Supported Towers - Repair/maintenance of FTTH solution - Repair/maintenance of IDU/ODU and rectifiers of NERA Microwave Radio (or equivalent) - Repair/maintenance of Hipath exchanges (or equivalent) at Rawalpindi and Islamabad - Repair/maintenance of OTDR, Splicing Machine, Panasonic Exchanges and Operator Consoles - Repair/maintenance of SATCOMS equipment - Repair/maintenance of VPN Concentrator & SDES, IP Encryptors - Repair/maintenance of UPS - Modification of Microwave Towers (all types) The technical scope covers maintenance and repair of various telecommunication and IT infrastructure components including microwave radios, exchanges, towers, and encryption devices. The work will be conducted primarily in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, requiring expertise in telecom and IT equipment servicing. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, security clearance, and experience with government or military IT infrastructure. Firms must submit a Bank Draft of Rs 2,500 as a non-refundable tender fee in favor of the General Headquarters Signals Directorate.
