Repair Maintenance and Roof Treatment at CTO Building Dera Adda Multan

The National Telecommunication Corporation (Ministry of IT & Telecom) invites sealed bids for the Repair Maintenance and Roof Treatment at CTO Building located at Dera Adda Multan. This procurement is for civil works involving comprehensive repair and maintenance activities to ensure the structural integrity and waterproofing of the building. Items being procured: - Dismantling brick or brick tiles flooring upto 4-1/2" thick - Waterproofing of roof slab using Bituflex in three coats - Laying double layer of 500 gauge polythene sheet under floors for waterproofing - Providing and laying floor of flat first class burnt tiles 12" X 6" X 2" - Providing and laying concrete gola 3" x 3" - Removing cement or lime plaster of any thickness from walls - Cement plaster 3/4" thick on internal/external walls - Providing and laying cement concrete khuras 2" thick on roof - Providing and fixing 4" PVC rainwater down pipe with fittings - Dismantling cement tiled floor, dado or skirting - Providing and fixing gypsum board ceiling tiles - Distempering two coats with vinyl distemper - Repainting two coats with weather shield paint - Providing and fixing fully glazed anodized aluminium sliding windows - Providing and fixing plain glass panes 5mm thick - French polishing two coats on wood work - Providing and laying coloured glazed tiles for bath floor - Providing and fixing white glazed tiles for bath wall - Providing and fixing PPRC pipes PN-20 with specials - Replacement of W.C pan with best quality squatting type - Providing and fixing lavatory basin with fittings - Providing and fixing bathroom accessories set of 7 pieces - Providing and fixing looking mirror of imported glass - Providing and fixing UPVC multi floor trap with gratings - Making connection with existing G.I. pipe upto 2 inches dia - Providing and fixing ball valves, shower rose, CP bib cock - Installation of recessed/surface mounted ceiling lights - Laying brick tiles floor with re-using existing bricks - Repair and refixing of wooden flushed door/window shutter The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the successful completion of the works as per specifications. The site is located at CTO Building, Dera Adda Multan, Punjab. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, active FBR tax status, and at least 3 years of experience in civil works with government or semi-government entities. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline of Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required upon award.
