Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance of Transport 2026-27 by Petroleum Division

The Petroleum Division (Ministry of Energy – Petroleum Division) invites reputable companies, vendors, and duly established workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for prequalification for the repair and maintenance of transport during the 2026–27 fiscal year. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of transport vehicles The scope includes repair and maintenance services with availability of spare parts and technical expertise in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The workshop must be fully equipped to provide on-demand services including emergency repairs even during odd hours and public holidays. Warranty on replaced items is mandatory, with free replacement of faulty parts within the warranty period. Eligibility requires registration with Sales Tax Department, NTN/General Sales Tax Numbers issued by Income Tax/Sales Departments, and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money of Rs.90,000/- in the form of a pay order/bank draft in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO), Petroleum Division, Islamabad, is required and refundable for unsuccessful bidders. Document fee of Rs.1000 (non-refundable) must be paid and attached with the tender document. Submission of false or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
