Security Services for PIU-IWRPP Office

The Project Implementation Unit, IWRPP under the Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites E-Bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the provision of Security Services. Items being procured: - Security Services for PIU-IWRPP Office involving provision of three (03) efficient and trained Security Guards. All security personnel will perform round-the-clock duties seven days a week. Accommodation will be provided by the client. The initial contract duration is 12 months, extendable for 3 months subject to approval from the competent authority. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Home Department, Government of Punjab, relevant registration authorities such as SECP, Registrar of Firms, FBR, and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount (PKR 64,000) must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 13 October 2026, 11:00 AM via E-Pads. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
