Tender Description
The Ministry of Interior C Narcotics Control Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi is seeking qualified automobile workshops and firms for comprehensive repair and maintenance services of vehicles for the Financial Year 2026/2027. This procurement covers a wide range of vehicle services including engine work, denting and painting, air conditioning repairs, and the provision of spare parts such as tyres, tubes, and batteries for both Light Transport Vehicles (LTV) and Heavy Transport Vehicles (HTV). Additionally, maintenance and repair services for motorcycles and the sale of used oil, spare parts, old tyres, and batteries are included.
The scope requires firms to have a fully equipped workshop with modern machinery and experienced mechanics and technicians, including at least one senior qualified person leading the team. The firm must be capable of preventive and routine maintenance and ensure the availability of genuine, brand new spare parts in original manufacturer packaging. Firms must provide certificates guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of parts and commit to free replacement if substandard items are found.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active tax status, a proper setup in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, and at least five years of relevant work experience. Firms must also submit various documents such as CNIC copies, bank statements, vendor opening forms, and workshop photographs. The prequalification process will evaluate firms on quality, delivery, after-sales service, and contractual compliance.
The last date for submission of bids is 22-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Mechanical Transport Officer at Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, Wavel Lines, Opposite Nur Khan Airbase, Chaklala, Rawalpindi. Payment will be made through AGPR cheques after official procedures.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents are complete and properly attested, as incomplete submissions may lead to disqualification. Timely submission and readiness to respond within an hour of a work order are critical for successful contract execution.
