Special Repair and Procurement Works for Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division

Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites bids for various repair and procurement works under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and On Through Rates basis. These works are open to approved contractors of Pakistan Railways or any other Government Department registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant specialization codes for civil and electrical works, and who are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Special repair to boundary wall of Loco Shed at Rawalpindi - Painting of Major Bridge No.44 on Rawalpindi-Golra Section - Procurement of paint material for painting of bridges on Golra-Bosal Section and Platform Shelter at Tarnol Railway Station - Special Repair Group Works in the section of Inspector of Works (IOWs-I & II) Rawalpindi (Quarters No.406-B, 182-B, 400-A, 59-A, 150/A-B, 395-B, 299-A, 712-C, 592/10 units & Sewerage system of Block No.267/A & 267/Outhouses) - Special repair Group-B Works in the section of Inspector of Works (IOWs-I & II) Rawalpindi (Sewerage system in Saddar Colony, outhouse of bungalow No.274/B, Quarter No.562/H, Quarter No.151/A-B & Quarters No.719-B) - Laying water supply pipeline from pump near house No.234 to existing water storage near office of IOW-II Rawalpindi - Special repair for termite proofing at Railway Rest House Islamabad - Providing new tubewell in lieu of an existing failed tubewell at Loco colony Rawalpindi - Providing new tubewell in lieu of an existing failed tubewell at Traffic Loco colony Rawalpindi These works involve civil and electrical repair and maintenance at various railway facilities including boundary walls, bridges, quarters, sewerage systems, water supply pipelines, termite proofing, and tubewell replacements. The scale ranges from small painting jobs to major repair and installation works across Rawalpindi and Islamabad areas. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC under relevant civil and electrical codes, be on the FBR ATL, and provide bid security as specified.
