Repair of MC Office Building Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the repair of the MC Office Building located in Umerkot, Sindh. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules, 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Repair works for MC Office Building Municipal Committee Umerkot The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of the Municipal Committee office building, ensuring all works comply with the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, possess active NTN and ATL registration, and be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must also provide bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works with supporting documentation.
