The Buildings CW, PP&H Department Khuzdar invites eligible bidders for execution of multiple repair, renovation, and construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates on percentage basis. The projects are located in Khuzdar and include important health and education facilities. Items being procured: - Repair and Renovation of PEADS Ward DHQ Hospital Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Renovation of Civil Dispensary Parpukdari Zeedi District Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Repair and Maintenance of Boys Degree College Hostel Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Repair and Renovation of Various BHUs (Bhapov, Mishk, Chashma, and Mordan) Zehri, at Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Repair and Renovation of Pharmacy Warehouse at DHQ Hospital Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Establishment of Computer Lab at DPSC Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Construction of Missing Facilities in Trauma Centre Chamrok Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III - Primary School Building GBMIDS at Pogi Zabad Gresha Dist: Khuzdar BSDI Phase-III The scope covers comprehensive repair and renovation works including civil, structural, and finishing works at various health and educational institutions. The projects are to be executed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and be on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of at least one similar assignment is required. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or deposit at call of 2% is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CW, PP&H Department Khuzdar upon payment of a 500 PKR fee.
