Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Repairing, Denting, Painting, AC Works, Provision of Spare Parts, Tyres and Batteries of Vehicles (LTV & HTV), and Repair/Maintenance of Motorcycles for 2026/2027

The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Punjab, a premier law enforcement agency based in Lahore, is inviting pre-qualification proposals from experienced contractors, firms, and companies for the financial year 2026/2027. The scope covers a comprehensive range of vehicle-related services, including repairing, denting, painting, AC works, and the provision of spare parts, tyres, and batteries for both light and heavy transport vehicles (LTV & HTV), as well as the repair and maintenance of motorcycles. This opportunity is open to well-established government-registered contractors and firms with a proven track record in similar works. Items being procured: - Repairing of vehicles (LTV & HTV) - Denting and painting of vehicles - Air conditioning works for vehicles - Provision of spare parts for vehicles - Supply of tyres and batteries for vehicles - Repair and maintenance of motorcycles The technical scope includes all necessary repairs, maintenance, and supply of genuine parts to ensure operational readiness of the department's fleet. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and possess valid government certificates. Required documents for pre-qualification include an approved certificate of the government department, registration certificate, certificate of sound financial position, details of previous five years' work, equipment and machinery details, experience details, certificate on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, good reputation certificate from previous institutions, litigation-free certificate, and a bank guarantee. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the pre-qualification documents. The deadline for submission is **1000 hrs on or before 14 September 2026**. Applications received after **1000 hrs on 15 September 2026** will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened in the presence of firm representatives on 01 August 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Regional Directorate office, VIP Flights Complex Road, near Ayub Stadium, Lahore Cantt.
