Request for Proposal for Appointment of External / Statutory Auditors

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites qualified bidders for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for the appointment of External / Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved by HAZECO for FY 2026-27. The bidding process will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
