Request for Proposal for Detailed Design, Master Planning, and Resident Supervision of Development Projects at University of Agriculture Faisalabad

The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) invites E-Tenders / Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from consulting firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the Prequalified List of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab (Sector: Infrastructure & Structural Engineering, Sub-Sector: Building) for the current financial year. The consultancy services are required for Detailed Design, Master Planning, and Resident Supervision of the following Development projects (Civil Works Component) through the Punjab e-Procurement System, implemented by PPRA with effect from 01-07-2026. Items being procured: - Establishment of R&D/Outreach Centers at Narowal - Model Seed Research & Outreach Station Narowal under the project titled 'Quality Seed Production under supply to the Farming Community for Ensuring Food Security in Pakistan (Revised)' - PKNC Regional Outreach Research Center at Narowal under the Project titled 'Establishment of Pak Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) to improved child and community (Revised)' The estimated cost of consultancy is Rs. 342.914 Million with detailed cost breakdown for design and resident supervision phases. Firms must submit a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated consultancy cost in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer (ECDP), UAF. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The scope of work may vary subject to the requirements and financial position of the University. All prospective bidders shall submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit a hard copy of the original Bid Security in a sealed envelope. Eligibility requires registration with PEC, inclusion in the Prequalified List of the Planning & Development Board Punjab, and compliance with PPRA rules.
