The kits are designed for 5 kW continuous motor output with 72 V DC system voltage and 76.8 V LiPo battery packs of 205 Ah capacity. The smart BMS ensures battery safety and cell balancing, while the waterproof charger and DC-DC converter provide durability and stable auxiliary power. Mechanical coupling adapters and motor foundations are included for secure installation on vehicles manufactured 2015 and onwards. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess NTN certificates, be registered or provisionally registered with HIT, and not be blacklisted or defaulter as per DPP&I-35 guidelines. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three financial years, valid registration certificates, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the technical bid. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. The bid validity period is 180 days extendable by 90 days.
