Provision of Rubber Cushion Synthetic Jogging Track with PCC Civil Works at Canna Park Abid Majeed Road Lahore Cantt

The Lahore Cantonment Board (Engineering) is procuring the provision of a Rubber Cushion Synthetic Jogging Track with PCC (Civil Works) at Canna Park Abid Majeed Road, Lahore Cantt. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance recreational infrastructure in Lahore Cantt. The technical scope includes civil works such as brick work and PCC concrete with a total thickness of 6 inches for the jogging track area measuring 8 feet in width and 1400 feet in length. The jogging track surface will be finished with a 1mm thick primer coating of PU binder, 12mm thick SBR rubber, another 1mm PU binder seal coating, and a final 4mm EPDM top coating in maroon color. The total area covered is approximately 11,400 square feet. Eligible bidders must hold a PEC C-5 category with relevant codes and have completed at least two similar works each valued at PKR 10 million or above. Registration with FBR and ATL is mandatory. Bidders should submit their bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform by the submission deadline. The bid submission deadline is Friday, May 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee, with the original instrument delivered to 42 Sarwar Road Lahore Cantt.
