The scope also includes environmental management and monitoring measures to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Eligible bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2025-26 with Category C-6 specialization codes CE-02, CE-10, and EE-05, along with up-to-date registration in the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority for sales tax on services and Islamabad Capital Territory. All bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of May 25, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft submitted physically to the IESCO Head Office.
The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 17,952,751**. The contract will be awarded through National Competitive Bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with all bidding document requirements including submission of bid security, technical bid, and financial bid in a single envelope. A practical tip for bidders is to register early on EPADS v2.0 and review the detailed bidding documents and addenda to avoid last-minute issues.
