SLA - IT Smart Rack Repair & Maintenance Services for Hyderabad & Sukkur Offices

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the SLA - IT Smart Rack Repair & Maintenance Services for its regional offices located in Hyderabad and Sukkur. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for two smart racks, one each installed in Hyderabad and Sukkur regional offices - Smart Rack components including INFINETY by KOTOHIRA System JCS2000 series Micro Data Center Cabinet System, power supply and distribution units, cooling system, environmental monitoring system, KVM switch with IP and LED console, and FM 200 fire suppression solution - Monthly inspection and testing of fire suppression, power devices, UPS and batteries, grounding, and data room cleaning twice a year - Fire drill exercises and fire proof paint application once a year, mat flooring replacement if needed The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services covering all parts and components of the smart racks, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance. Bidders must be registered with federal or provincial tax authorities, listed on the FBR Active Tax Payers list, and meet eligibility criteria including no blacklisting and valid PEC category if applicable. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 is required, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Performance security of 5% of contract value is also mandatory.
