SLA for Local Support of Network Core Switches

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the SLA for Local Support of Network Core Switches. This procurement is for providing and supplying local support services including comprehensive one-year warranty and technical support for network core switches at IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi. Items being procured: - S5720-52X-PWR-SI Business bundle S5720-52X-PWR-SI-AC (1 unit) - 36-Port-40GE Interface Card CE12804S (1 unit) - CE12804S Bundle Annual Local Assembly Support (6 months) - 48-Port-10GE Interface Card CE12804S (1 unit) - AR6140-9G-2AC Switch (2 units) - CE6856-48T6Q-HI Switch (3 units) The scope includes 24x7 onsite support with initial response time of 2 hours and turnaround time of 4 hours, handling level 2 and 3 technical support issues, backup for faulty equipment during warranty, and replacement warranty without additional cost. The selected bidder must maintain a backup inventory of at least 15% of hardware items and provide quarterly onsite preventive maintenance. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience of at least three years, minimum annual turnover of PKR 21 million, active NTN and Sales Tax registration, successful completion of similar projects, and no litigation or blacklisting. Bid security of PKR 210,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is required. Tender documents are available on IBA and SPPRA EPADS websites. Bids must be submitted/uploaded on SPPRA EPADS portal by October 02, 2026, 03:00 PM. Original bid security and signed bid documents must be delivered to IBA Karachi before bid opening.
