Tender Description
Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the procurement of SLA - Servers and Associated Equipment under a framework contract valid for one year. This procurement is based in Karachi, Sindh, and aims to ensure the smooth and full-fledged functioning of hardware including HP/Dell servers, storage devices, and backup systems with 24x7x365 support.

The scope includes on-site or on-call support with same-day response and resolution for hardware and firmware issues, tape backup failures, and firmware updates. Vendors must provide evidence reports of any hardware failures and supply equivalent parts if originals are unavailable within 24 hours. The contract requires compliance with technical specifications, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security and performance security as per SPPRA rules.
Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS portal by **26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM**. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 and a refundable bid security of PKR 44,815 are required. The contract will be awarded on an item-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and bids are submitted timely to avoid rejection.
