These projects involve installation of solar power systems to energize water supply schemes damaged by floods, ensuring sustainable and reliable water supply to rural communities. Contractors must be registered on the PPRA website and have PEC codes for solarization. Bidders are required to submit financial bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) and pay bid security online. Earnest money and performance guarantees must comply with PPRA rules. Manual bids are not accepted.
The deadline for e-bid submission is 26th September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening at the Office of the Commissioner, Multan Division. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to provide a 10% performance guarantee. Bidders must quote rates fully and upload all required documents on the e-procurement portal. The original PEC license copy must be presented before the Tender Opening Committee.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the approved DNITs and financial bids on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and ensure all entries are complete and consistent to avoid disqualification as non-responsive.
