Special Repair Works on Bridges No. 20, 681, 203, 695 and Group Repair Works on Railway Tracks in Rawalpindi Division

Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites bids for special repair works on several bridges and group repair works on railway tracks within the Rawalpindi Division. The procurement is based on the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and approved contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Special repair to Bridge No. 20 (3x23'-0") at KM 7/1-2 on Sargodha-Khushab Section - Special repair to Bridge No. 681 (4x8'-0") at KM 27/13-14 on Lalamusa-Rawalpindi Section - Special repair to Bridge No. 203 (5x20'-0") at KM 209/2-3 on Malakwal-Sargodha Section - Special repair to Bridge No. 695 (3x32'-0" & 4x40'-0") at KM 13/10-11 on Lalamusa-Malakwal Section - Special repair Group Works in the section IOWs-I & II Rawalpindi (Quarter # 647/C, 161/A, 386-B, 178/13,363/6-7 & Block No 19) - Special repair Group Works (Engg. Road No. 72, 457 and Quarters No. 2/7-7, 352/2, 25, 32-33, 679/E, 576/A & quarter No. 46 of block No.47) in the section of IOWs-I & II Rawalpindi. The scope includes civil works on bridges and track repairs as per approved schedules. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant codes and have FBR ATL status. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required as per the bid security amounts listed for each work. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Monday, September 14, 2026, 23:59:59. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and FBR ATL status are current and properly documented before bid submission. Also, carefully prepare scanned copies of bid security instruments and original bid security in shape of Call Deposit Receipt to avoid disqualification.
