Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites bids for the special repair and renovation of the Business Lounge at Railway Station Rawalpindi. This procurement is based on the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and through rates from approved contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant specialization in civil and electrical works. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

- Special repair and renovation of Business Lounge at Railway Station Rawalpindi
The scope includes civil and electrical repair works to upgrade the business lounge facilities at the station. The work is expected to be completed within a period of two months. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Along with the e-bids, bidders are required to submit scanned copies of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee, CNIC, valid PEC registration, ATL status, and original bid security in sealed envelopes to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for civil and electrical works, ATL registration with FBR, and submission of earnest money as bid security amounting to Rs.144,238. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.7,211,902.
The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 17 September 2026, by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi.
