Supply and After-Sales Support of Hino Bus Interior and Exterior Parts to UET Lahore Transport Fleet

The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore invites manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, and sole agents of foreign principals with strong managerial, technical, and financial capabilities to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, and after-sales support of Hino Bus interior and exterior body parts, denting and painting works, and electronic parts/works for the UET Lahore Transport Fleet. Items being procured: - Hino Bus interior parts - Hino Bus exterior body parts - Denting and painting works - Electronic parts and electronic works The procurement is managed by the Chairman Transport Committee Office at UET Lahore. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals online through the Punjab E-Procurement System website by 31-08-2026 before 10:00 a.m. The proposals will be opened online the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security amounting to Rs. 99,979/- (2% of the estimated premium amount) must accompany all bids electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System regulations. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the offer. Interested bidders should register on the Punjab E-Procurement System website to be eligible for participation. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. For bidders, a practical tip is to ensure timely online registration and submission through the Punjab E-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification due to non-compliance with electronic submission requirements.
