Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spares for Central Aviation Spares Depot

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spares required by the Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) located at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi. The quantity mentioned in the tender is an approximate requirement for the complete financial year; however, purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per operational needs. Being shelf life items, purchase orders will be placed in batches or packages in reduced quantities according to immediate requirements. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous aviation spares as detailed in Annexure A to D (attached separately). The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Delivery timelines are one month for local items and three months for imported items. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year are not eligible to participate. Shelf life items must have at least 80% remaining life at the time of delivery. Only bids from firms registered with the Central Aviation Spares Depot or those having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted. Bidders must submit their offers in separate envelopes clearly marked as 'Technical Offer' and 'Commercial Offer' with IT numbers mentioned on both envelopes. Annexures A to D must be used accordingly. Tender fees of Rs 3,000 (non-refundable) and bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid value must accompany the technical offer in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Commandant Central Aviation Spares Depot. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening at 1100 hours the same day. Interested firms should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
