Tender Description
Sindh Bank Limited Karachi invites bids for the supply of Co-Badge (UPI + PayPak) and VISA DI Cards under tender reference SNDB/HO/ADMIN/TD/1543/2026. This procurement is for the Information Technology Division of Sindh Bank Limited, located at Federation House, Abdullah Shah Ghazi Road, Clifton, Karachi. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and having a local office in Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Supply of Co-Badge (UPI + PayPak) Cards (50,000 units)
- Supply of VISA DI Cards (60,000 units)
The cards must be original, genuine, and certified with VISA, UPI, and PayPak. Specifications include JavaCard 3.0.4 platform, EMV applications, dual interface, ISO compliance, and advanced cryptography features. Delivery time is within 8 weeks from the purchase order. The vendor must provide a one-year license, warranty, and 24/7 onsite support, extendable at the bank's discretion. An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for three years will follow the warranty period.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 3 years business experience, turnover of at least PKR 40 million in the last 3 years, valid NTN, GST, and SRB registration, manufacturer authorization certificates, ISO certification, and a local Karachi office. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with all technical specifications. The bid validity period is 90 days.
The bid submission deadline is **29 July 2026 at 10:30 AM**, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day at Sindh Bank Ltd Head Office, Karachi. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal. Bid security of 5% of the contract amount is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order.
