Supply of Degree Folder for Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Degree Folders under tender reference P150426. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Degree Folder (Qty: 50,000 boxes, 1 box contains folders) The Degree Folder specifications include a size of 12.5 inches length by 9.5 inches width, golden printed logo on the front cover, high-quality velvet cloth inside, 8 transparent corner strips for degree holding, 2 transparent anti-reflective plastic jackets of minimum 300-micron thickness, plastic sheet size suitable for A4 size degree insertion, and high-quality stitching including inside, outside, and spine. Samples are available at the Procurement Office for physical inspection and submission of a finished sample is mandatory for bid evaluation. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration and must not be blacklisted. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated based on compliance and least cost. The delivery location is the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad. Delivery period is 25 days from contract award.
