Supply of Desktop Computers and Laptops

The University of Education, Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on a LOT Wise Basis for the supply of desktop computers and laptops. This tender is open to firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Desktop Computers (Quantity: 156) - Laptops (Quantity: 14) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA 2014 rules. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA and University websites. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are required to upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to request original affidavits for physical verification if necessary. Bid validity is 90 days. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives as per PPRA Rule 30 (1). The closing date and time for submission is 08-10-2026 till 09:30 AM, with the opening scheduled for 08-10-2026 at 10:00 AM.
