The Natural Calamities & Other Disaster (Establishment) department in Quetta invites eligible bidders to supply Electrical & Electronic items totaling 53 units. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a bid security requirement of 2% of the bid value. Items being procured: - Electrical & Electronic items (Total Item(s) Count: 53) The bidding firm must have assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least Rs. 1,650,000 in the previous 3 financial years and presence in active tax payer list with sales tax certificate. Joint ventures are permissible. Bidders must submit required bid security in the form of deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Submission of required bidding documents and audit completion delivery date under section 25 of Sales Tax Act 1990 is mandatory. Affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper with TSE number and work title, duly notarized, confirming bid info is true. Submission of financial audit report from a Chartered Accountant firm for last 3 years is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Natural Calamities & Other Disaster (Establishment) on payment of Rs. 1,000. Issuance of tender documents starts from the date of publication of NIT to 26 October 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
