Supply of Electrical Materials for Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed E-bids Version 2.0 on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax department, and who are active taxpayer list of Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of electrical materials financed under HESCO's local funds on the basis of Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores (FCS) i.e Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah. Items being procured: - LT Steel Structures 30.8" (4200 Nos.) - 11kV Steel Cross Arms with Braces (32000 Nos.) - Single Structures Platform (2500 Nos.) - Nut & Bolt 5/8" x 2" (150000 Nos.) - A.A Conductor WASP (410 km) - Aerial Bundled Cables 10mm (1225 km) - Lot-I (650 km) - Lot-II (650 km) - 11kV Pin Insulator (Normal) (50000 Nos.) - 11kV Pin Insulator (Polluted Type) (22500 Nos.) - 11kV DISC Insulators (37000 Nos.) - Piercing Connectors (95-16mm²) (46000 Nos.) - Piercing Connectors (70-16mm²) (16500 Nos.) The scope includes supply of various steel structures, conductors, insulators, cables, and connectors for electrical distribution networks. All materials must meet HESCO specifications and be delivered free to regional stores in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the active taxpayer list of FBR. E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on EPADS Version 2.0 portal. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS on scheduled dates. Bid Security must be submitted in favor of Chief Executive Officer HESCO through any scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date. Scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. The submission deadline for some items is 15 September 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening at 11:30 am. For other items, submission is on 17 September 2026 at 11:00 am, opening at 11:30 am. Bidders must quote firm and final prices; no escalation requests will be entertained after bid opening.
