Tender Description
The Police Department Balochistan in Quetta is procuring furniture and fixtures consisting of 14 different items. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the office infrastructure with quality furniture to support departmental operations. The tender requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the official BPRA portal, with no physical bids accepted. The scope includes supply and delivery of furniture items to the Central Police Office on Gulistan Road, Quetta Cantt.
Eligible bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value of PKR 30,000,000 in the last five years. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 25,000,000 in the previous five financial years. Active registration on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List and possession of a valid sales tax certificate are mandatory. Joint ventures are not allowed, and firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan will be disqualified.
The tender requires a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
