Supply of Gamow Bags, Thermal Vests & Cold Weather Boots for Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specialized cold weather and medical support equipment. Items being procured: - Gamow Bags (150 Nos) with portable indigenous/import hyperbaric chamber including foot pump and carry case - Thermal Vests and Drawers (25950 Nos) in sizes Small, Medium & Large, total 51900 pieces, shade green, suitable for extreme cold weather - Cold Weather Boots (4375 Pairs), indigenous/import The technical scope requires firms to submit three tender samples (made up) along with material samples on the technical opening date. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required registration certificates, NTN, sales tax registration, proof of godown, financial capability undertakings, CNIC copies, bank statements, and certificates confirming non-blacklisting and manufacturing credentials. A challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited into the government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of the bid value (capped at Rs. 1.0 Million) is mandatory with the offer. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the commercial opening date. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Tenders will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives.
