Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of a Haskel Portable Oxygen Booster Pump along with its accessories. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Navy and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. The tender includes the supply of one unit of the oxygen booster pump model 27187-AGT-15/30, complete with various seal kits, air pilot switch seals, relief valve seals, and filter elements as detailed in the tender documents. The equipment must be brand new, OEM certified, and functionally tested with CE marking. The system will be fully cleaned and assembled in an oxygen clean room and mounted on a tubular stainless steel frame.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Firms must provide proof of financial capability, NTN, sales tax registration, and other relevant certificates. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be submitted with the technical offer. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b).
The tender was published on 11th December 2025, and the closing date for submission is 23rd June 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bidders must submit their technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and addressed to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) at Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Late submissions will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 forms, OEM certificates, and earnest money proofs, are properly completed and attached. Non-compliance or incomplete submissions will lead to immediate rejection.
