Supply of Helmet Flyers Size Medium, Large & X-Large

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of Helmet Flyers in sizes Medium, Large, and X-Large. The total quantity required is 250 Nos, broken down as 105 Nos each for Medium and Large sizes, and 40 Nos for X-Large. Delivery is expected within 9 to 12 months. Items being procured: - Helmet Flyers Size Medium (Qty-105) - Helmet Flyers Size Large (Qty-105) - Helmet Flyers Size X-Large (Qty-40) Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificate, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, attested CNIC of MD, bank statement for last year, and certificates proving non-default and non-blacklisting status. Firms must also provide details of government or semi-government work experience and property/assets. Registered and unregistered firms must deposit Rs. 2000/- challan form No 32-A in government treasury as bid security. All firms must provide 5% bid security up to Rs. 1.0 million. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. The tender will be opened in the presence of firm representatives at the DGP (Army) tender room. The last date for collection of tender documents is 12 October 2026. Tender submission and opening will be on 13 October 2026 at 1030 hrs and 1100 hrs respectively.
