Supply & Installation of 8-KW (Off-Grid) Hybrid Solar Energy Systems at District Headquarters Multan and Sub Division Shujabad

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Multan invites reputable firms and companies registered for General Sales Tax, Income Tax, and PRA with active tax payer status to participate in the procurement of two 8-KW (Off-Grid) Hybrid Solar Energy Systems. These systems are to be installed at the District Headquarters Multan and the Sub Division Shujabad respectively. Items being procured: - Hybrid Solar Inverter 8/10 KW rated capacity (01 unit) - Solar Panels 525-650 Watts, 14 units - Standard Galvanized Iron (GI) Solar Structure L3 type heavy duty (07 units) - AC/DC copper conductor wires and cables XLPO insulated (01 unit) - Installation, Testing & Commissioning (01 Job) - Transportation, Shifting, Loading & Unloading/uplifting at site/roof top charges (01 Job) - Lithium iron phosphate battery set, Capacity 100-AH, 48-51 DC volts, 02 units The technical specifications include IP-65 ingress protection rating, surge protection as per IEC/EN safety standards, tempered glass solar panels with 25-30 years warranty, and a 3-5 year warranty on the inverter. Installation and commissioning must be complete in all respects with compliance to WAPDA standards and relevant safety norms. Eligible bidders must be financially sound, registered with FBR and PRA, and have a good reputation. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required.
