Supply and Complete Installation of Air Conditioners Including Cables at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK) invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from registered authorized dealers, distributors, and manufacturers with tax authorities for the supply and installation of air conditioners. Items being procured: - 4 Ton Floor Standing AC (DC Inverter) T3 Technologies, Qty: 2 - 2 Ton Split AC (DC Inverter) T3 Technologies, Qty: 1 - 1 Ton Split AC (DC Inverter) T3 Technologies, Qty: 2 The scope includes supply and complete installation including cables of 4-Tons, 2-Ton, and 1.5 Tons air conditioners. A site visit is important to assess installation requirements such as cable lengths, routing, and other allied items necessary for proper quotation, installation, and completion of work. Tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) with 2% earnest money on the total bid cost. Bids must be submitted by 1530 hours on 4th September 2026. Proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 1530 hours on the same day. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason or liability thereof.
