Items being procured: - Supply and installation of air handling units (as per details/specifications/BOQ attached with tender documents) - Annual contract for operation and maintenance of absorption chiller with other accessories on round the clock basis (as per details attached with tender documents). The technical scope includes supply, installation, and maintenance of HVAC equipment at the Security Papers Limited facility in Karachi. The tender requires firms to be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR and SRB. The tender form fee is Rs. 1,000 non-refundable. Earnest money is Rs. 500,000 for air handling units and Rs. 400,000 for the annual contract.
