Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Arrival and Departure Board at Rawalpindi Railway Station

The Divisional Superintendent Office Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi (Ministry of Railways) invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Arrival and Departure Board at Rawalpindi Railway Station, located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the station's information display system with modern LED technology. Items being procured: - Supply, installation & commissioning of 2 Nos. SMD screens type indoor P2.5mm (Dahua module or equivalent) Arrival / Departure Boards sized 15' × 7.5' each, totaling 225 sq ft plus 5% spare modules (12 sq ft), total 237 sq ft including complete wiring - 1 LED 32'' display (China or equivalent) for server room - Supply, installation, configuration of 1 Laptop (Dell, Lenovo, HP or equivalent) with Core i7 8th Gen, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD, 1GB Graphic card, including bag, charger, HDMI, mouse, and keyboard The technical scope includes installation at the Enquiry Hall of Rawalpindi Railway Station with complete wiring and synchronization of software between the LED screens and the laptop at the server room. The LED screens feature high refresh rates, high gray scale, and wide viewing angles, ensuring clear and reliable display of arrival and departure information. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC Category C-6 or above in relevant specializations EE-07 & EE-08, have FBR registration, and at least two years of experience completing similar projects. A practical demonstration of the proposed LED display system is mandatory during technical evaluation. Bidders must also provide a one-year warranty on the supplied equipment. The bid submission deadline is **August 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM** through the EPADS v2.0 online system. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security amount is PKR 99,317 in the form of Call at Deposit. The performance guarantee required is 5% of the contract price.
