Supply, Installation, and Services for BME Sites in Quetta, Khuzdar, and Pachinkoh-Nokkundi

Bolan Mining Enterprises, a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR to submit sealed bids/proposals for a range of supply, installation, and service contracts at various BME sites in Quetta, Khuzdar, and Pachinkoh-Nokkundi, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Rate contract with a qualified local supplier/contractor (exists at Khuzdar) for supply of frequently required consumable items as per scope of works and items in the tender document for BME Site Khuzdar - Miscellaneous supplies and construction works as per BOQ and scope of works for Government Girls High School Western Bypass Quetta and Government Boys & Girls Middle School Labour Nawa Kill Quetta - Supply and installation for rehabilitation of electrical works as per BOQ and scope of works for BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi - Supply of 02 Nos Sieves Heavy Duty Steel as per BOQ and scope of works for BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi - Supply and installation of 02 Nos Dialysis Machines as per BOQ and scope of works for DHQ Khuzdar - Provision of manpower through third-party contractor as per scope of work for BME Site Nokkundi Operations - Hiring services of engineering and project management consultancy firms for design and detailed engineering of fire fighting systems at BME Site Khuzdar - Hiring contractor services for 600 meters diamond core drilling as per BOQ and scope of works for BME Site Khuzdar - Hiring services of registered security firms for provision of ex-service men / civil armed as per scope of work and terms for security at different BME locations (Quetta, Khuzdar, Karachi, Pachinkoh-Nokkundi) The technical scope covers supply, installation, rehabilitation, and service provision for mining, educational, and health facilities, including specialized equipment like dialysis machines and fire fighting systems. Eligibility requires FBR/ATL registration, relevant experience, and submission of earnest money (2 percent of total bid value except TD No. 14). Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each via pay order or online (Allied Bank Ltd). Bids must be submitted at BME House, 3 & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, by 25-08-2026, 3:00 PM. Bid opening will follow at 3:30 PM the same day.
