Supply and Installation of CCTV, Water Chillers, Solar Systems, Construction and Renovation Works in Balochistan

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME) invites renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department, and active taxpayers on the FBR list to submit sealed bids/proposals for multiple supply and installation projects across Balochistan. The procurement includes supply and installation of NVR CCTV for DPC Public Library, water chillers, solar street lights, and various solar power systems ranging from 5 KW to 33 KW at different educational and health institutions in Khuzdar and Quetta. Additionally, construction of a BHU with 10 KW solar system at Pash Jhal, drilling of a 400 ft water bore with solar system installation at Killi Kiazai Feroza, and renovation works at Jhalawan Medical College are included. Items being procured: - NVR CCTV for DPC Public Library - Water Chillers and Solar Street Lights at Bazaar District Khuzdar - 15 KW Solar System at Divisional Public Health School Khuzdar - 20 KW Solar System at Elementary Girls College Khuzdar - 33 KW Solar System at Nursing College Khuzdar - 10 KW Solar System at Education Office Khuzdar - Construction of BHU for Pash Jhal with 10 KW Solar - Drilling of 400 ft water bore and solar system at Killi Kiazai Feroza - Study chairs supply and renovation at Jhalawan Medical College - Miscellaneous sports equipment (Badminton court complete mat, shuttlecocks, badminton & table tennis rackets) for Officers & Official Club Dalbandin - 10 KW Solar System and AC/DC Fans at Dar ul Falah Islamia Muslim Orphans Alamdar Road Quetta - 5 KW Solar System and miscellaneous items for Tanzeem Idara Bahali Mustehqeen Quetta The technical scope covers installation as per BOQ/SOW documents, solar power systems of various capacities, water bore drilling, construction, and supply of sports and study equipment. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR/ATL and submit earnest money as bid security. Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each via pay order or online payment through Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected and bids submitted at BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan. The tender collection period is from 19-10-2026 to 26-10-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The bid submission deadline is on or before 03-11-2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders must clearly mention the tender number and item details on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
