Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Cooling Towers and Allied Piping at Karachi

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. Karachi is procuring the supply, installation, commissioning, and allied works for Cooling Towers along with fabrication and installation of MS Pipe Line as per detailed BOQ and technical specifications. This procurement includes 2 induced draft cross flow cooling towers, installation and assembly, lifting and shifting, commissioning and testing, as well as supply and installation of condenser water piping of various diameters with pipe sleeves, supports, and pressure testing. The technical scope covers supply of cooling towers designed with 20% factor of safety, motors and bearings of approved brands, HDPE and SS 316L piping where applicable, and full warranty of 18 months on all parts with free-of-cost replacement of faulty equipment. The cooling towers must be delivered in disassembled form and installed at PSPC Malir Halt Karachi site. The OEM must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience in cooling towers and possess a manufacturing site in Pakistan with a workshop in Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be reputed manufacturers or contractors, registered with tax authorities, active taxpayers, and not blacklisted. Bidders must submit undertakings to comply with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements, and must visit the site prior to bid submission for full understanding of the scope. Bid security of Rs. 626,000/- fixed is mandatory, payable via pay order, demand draft, or unconditional bank guarantee enforceable in Pakistan. The bid submission deadline is Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS only. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract delivery schedule is within 24 weeks from the date of award.
