Supply, Installation and Net Metering of Solar System 20 KW at ATIN Khairpur & Amangarh

Sealed bids are invited from OEM's authorized dealer of Solar Equipment registered with AEDB having category C-3 and PEC category C-3 for the supply, installation and net metering of a Solar System 20 KW at ATIN locations Khairpur and Amangarh. The procurement is managed by the National Logistics Corporation in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Solar System 20 KW The scope includes supply of solar equipment, installation at the specified sites, and net metering services limited to Amangarh. Bidders must be registered with AEDB and hold PEC category C-3. The bidding procedure is a single stage, two envelope system requiring separate technical and financial bids. Tender submissions must be delivered to the NLC Head Office on Harding Road, Rawalpindi by 28 October 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and a bid security of Rs. 200,000 must accompany the technical offer, failing which the bid will be rejected.
